Disappointed,
My boyfriend bought me a pair of these for Christmas, and although they were indeed gorgeous and warm when they arrived, one of the earpieces was broken. They’re now pretty much sold out online, and have been discontinued, so there’s little chance of replacing them. I’ve since found out this has happened to quite a few people, which is odd for such an expensive product.

|Big disappointment,
The product looks good and I would recommend it but… I received mine with one of the ear pieces broken. I would at least expect that from a product in this price range. I got it as a gift and had to return it.
